These terms and conditions govern all users of WTBActive and the wtbactive.com website. They must be agreed to before any purchases can be made. Research use only. The products we offer are intended for laboratory research use only. By purchasing any item, the customer acknowledges that there are risks involved in consumption or distribution. These chemicals are not intended for use as food additives, drugs, cosmetics, household chemicals, or other inappropriate applications. Listing a material does not constitute a license or recommendation for use in infringement of any patent. Products must be handled only by qualified and properly trained professionals.

Each customer represents and warrants that, through their own review and study, they are fully aware of: government regulations regarding the use of and exposure to the products; health and safety hazards associated with handling them; industrial hygiene controls necessary to protect workers; and the need to adequately warn others of those hazards. WTBActive and wtbactive.com reserve the right to limit or deny sales to unqualified individuals or whenever misuse is suspected.

All customers must be at least 21 years of age to purchase our products. Under no circumstances shall WTBActive or its affiliates be liable for special, incidental, consequential, or other damages, whether a claim is based in contract, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise. In consideration of any sale, the purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold WTBActive and its affiliates harmless from all claims, expenses, losses, and liability arising from the purchaser’s handling, possession, or use of a product, whether used alone or with any other substance.

Unless otherwise stated, WTBActive products are intended solely for laboratory research and manufacturing purposes and are not to be used for in-vitro diagnostic purposes, in food, drugs, medical devices, cosmetics, commercial products, or for human or animal use. Products have not been sterilized or tested by WTBActive for safety or efficacy in those applications. All products and services are for research purposes only and must not be used for therapeutic or diagnostic purposes.

The purchaser expressly represents and warrants that they will properly test, use, manufacture, and market products purchased from WTBActive and materials produced with them in accordance with reliable industry practices and all applicable laws and regulations. The purchaser further warrants that any resulting material will not be adulterated or misbranded under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and will not be introduced into interstate commerce in violation of applicable law. The purchaser is responsible for determining whether products are approved for use under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), if applicable.

The purchaser is responsible for verifying hazards and conducting all further research necessary to learn the hazards involved in using products purchased from WTBActive. WTBActive does not provide guidelines or suggestions regarding peptide reconstitution or application to research. Please familiarize yourself with every product and its research purpose before purchasing.

All users must understand that communications indicating an intended use inconsistent with these terms may result in refusal to sell, an emailed refusal-to-sell notice, and inclusion of collected information in WTBActive’s internal banned-customer database. WTBActive does not tolerate misuse of the website or its products.

The purchaser warrants that they are affiliated with a laboratory, institution, university, or other research-based facility whose affiliation supports the purchase and use of these products for research purposes only. Purchasing without such an affiliation may constitute a fraudulent act for which the purchaser may be liable. WTBActive may conduct due-diligence screening and require additional verification before fulfilling an order.

This site serves international visitors. Each customer is responsible for knowing and complying with the requirements of their own region, including VAT or import taxes, import certifications, licenses, registrations, and other requirements.
